Certificate of TÜV Saarland: The product ViPNet OFFICE 2.2 is carrying the certification mark "Approved Programs”. Evidence has been provided by the successful testing of requirements stipulated in the criteria for VPN solutions, as well as the principles of IT security on the current state of the art. The software provides reliable and effective safeguards against unwanted third party access to private networks. The certificate is valid until 11/30/2011.

The Initiative Mittelstand awards annually the IT Innovation Award since 2004. In the year 2008 ViPNet OFFICE was awarded for its particular benefits for medium-sized companies as Innovative Product of the Year.

As an international company Infotec is actively engaged in the standardization of cryptographic algorithms according to ISO / IEC. Accordingly, the Russian standard GOST R 34.10-2001 was recognized "information technology - Cryptographic information protection- Processes of generation and testing of electronic digital signatures” as an amendment to the international standard ISO / IEC 14888-3 "Information technology - Security techniques - Digital signatures with appendix - Part 3: Discrete logarithm based mechanisms”.

On 04.03.2009 INFOTECS got from the UK Patent Office (Intellectual Property Office), the international patent № GB2417352 for the "method of electronic elections." The principle upon this method is based was developed by INFOTECS between 2001 and 2002. The following year the idea was also protected by the Russian Patent Office (patent № 2242793). The above-mentioned two patents are used to register voters, collect the votes and allow a reliable evaluation of results. The process may take place either on a corporate network or across a global network (internet). One of the main advantages of the new electoral system is the increased transparency: each voter can verify that his vote was not manipulated. The use of cryptographic methods and electronic digital signatures ensure the safety and robustness of the system, especially in the transfer of data.
